Role Overview: Project Manager for Mechanical & Electrical Services
The Projects division at Integral UK operates in a dynamic setting, executing Mechanical, Electrical, and building fabric initiatives through a combination of in-house engineering expertise and specialized supply chain collaborators for a diverse clientele across various industries.
Your primary focus will be on managing several projects that involve plant upgrades, replacements, or new installations, encompassing all aspects of building services and fabric. You will lead a small, adaptable team of supervisors and engineers dedicated to delivering high-quality installations and services tailored to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits throughout the region to assess project scopes and prepare quotations.
- Oversee multiple projects from inception to completion, including the organization of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Supervise subcontractors and direct labor on-site.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and develop Risk Assessments.
- Maintain comprehensive records that satisfy both internal and external legislative requirements.
- Monitor contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and agreed-upon Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS).
Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant qualifications in Building Services or Construction.
- Proficient understanding of Mechanical & Electrical and/or Fabric disciplines.
- Strong communication, planning, and reporting abilities.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects as a Project Manager on refurbishment and new build projects valued up to £500k.
- IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety training.
- Familiarity with CDM regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
