We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and coordinate care for a caseload of service users with complex mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver recovery-focused health and social care interventions

Requirements
