About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team of Health Care Assistants at The Aldbury in Poole, Dorset. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Support residents with their mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and stimulation
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery
