As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives within our welcoming and homely Supported Living Service. You'll accompany them on outings into the community, engaging in activities such as shopping trips, afternoon tea, exploring new places, and enjoying coffee and cake gatherings.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Enable individuals to lead fulfilling and independent lives both at home and within the community.
  • Provide assistance with daily living tasks, including budgeting, shopping, medication management, and personal care as needed.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working evenings and weekends to meet the evolving needs of our service users.
  • Support individuals in achieving greater independence, fostering their confidence, competence, and personal effectiveness in areas such as social skills, relationships, daily living skills, and community resource utilization.
  • Tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, guided by their Person-Centred Plans.
