We are currently on the lookout for skilled plumbers and heating specialists to join our team of Clean Energy Technicians across the UK.

If you have experience in installing radiators, heating systems, or cylinders, we want to connect with you. No prior experience with heat pumps is necessary to apply.

You will collaborate with a seasoned, certified heat pump installer, ensuring that top-notch heat pump installations are performed safely and effectively.

Your Role as a Heating and Plumbing Specialist

  • Assist families in reducing their energy costs and carbon emissions by working alongside a team to install the latest Vaillant heat pumps, cylinders, and radiators.
  • Collaborate closely with your team and our designers to ensure that you are fitting efficient and reliable systems. All jobs will be thoroughly surveyed, and you will receive schematic diagrams for each installation.
  • Receive training at the Aira Academy to become the best Heating and Plumbing Specialist you can be, with opportunities to advance to a Heat Pump Installer. Enjoy professional development and growth with the UK's fastest-growing Heat Pump installer.
  • Join a Europe-wide network of Engineers as part of the Aira family.

Qualifications for the Heating and Plumbing Specialist Role

We will provide comprehensive Air Source Heat Pump training at our Aira Academy locations throughout the UK. However, we require you to possess the following:

  • NVQ Level 2 in plumbing (or equivalent)
  • Experience in installing radiators, cylinders, and pipework

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:

  • NVQ Level 3 in plumbing (or equivalent)
  • WRAS Qualifications (water regulations)
  • Unvented hot water systems (Part G)
  • Gas qualifications
