Job Summary:

Intec Select is seeking an experienced Senior ICT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our clients' ICT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement ICT infrastructure solutions for clients, including network infrastructure, data center services, and business continuity solutions.
  • Lead upgrades and migrations from legacy technology to modern cloud services, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to clients' operations.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Present solutions and progress reports to clients using clear and concise written and oral communication.
  • Design, test, install, and monitor systems during the project phase.
  • Prepare documentation and present progress reports to clients following implementation.

Requirements:

  • Strong capabilities in M365, Azure (Azure Virtual Desktop), Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), and Intune/Autopilot.
  • Background in on-premise technology, with experience in virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V/VMware), failover clustering, and Exchange Server/Office 365.
  • Basic knowledge of Power Automate (Power Apps, Power BI) is a must-have.
  • Experience with RDS/Terminal Server, firewall configuration/troubleshooting, and layer 3 switch configuration.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexible working hours and opportunities for overtime and on-call work.
