About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN College Tutor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a SEN College Tutor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality educational programs for students with special educational needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to student care and education
  • Act as a personal tutor to a small group of students, supporting them to achieve their EHCP outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of a stimulating and inclusive learning environment

About You:

  • You must have QTS/QTLS and a passion for teaching students with special educational needs
  • You should be well-organized, practical, creative, and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills
  • You should be able to interact with people in a variety of ways and be a dynamic and proactive team player
