Quantity Surveyor Vacancy

Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their successful team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a range of work streams, including refurbishment and new builds contract, with a proven ability to minimise cost and maximise value and cashflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage budgets from first principles.
  • Engage with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure effective cost management.
  • Prepare and present cost reports and final accounts.
  • Work collaboratively with the main contracts division to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and estimating/surveying software.
  • A dynamic approach to working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
