Nurse Associate/Assistant Practitioner in Complex Wound Clinics

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Associate/Assistant Practitioner to join our Chronic Wound Team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Clinical Sisters, Staff Nurses, and Assistant Practitioners to provide high-quality patient care in our community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Work autonomously in the community setting, reviewing patients and providing evidence-based care under the indirect supervision of a registered nurse.
- Develop and maintain skills in wound care, including complex dressing and wound management.
- Participate in audits and service improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Supervise and support HCAs, Trainee Nursing Associates, and Pre-registration nurses to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
- Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register.
- Level 5 Foundation Degree Nursing Associate or equivalent.
- GCSEs Grades 4 and above or A to C in Maths and English or equivalent level qualification.
