Job Title: Test Installation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Installation Manager to lead our TI&S team and oversee daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning tasks, defining responsibilities, and monitoring progress.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a relevant installation or service engineer/manager role, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be willing to travel internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and uphold the TI&S schedule to ensure all commitments are fulfilled.
  • Manage the engineering team, their equipment, and resources within the factory's test areas and at customer locations worldwide.
  • Embrace a flexible approach to adapt to evolving requirements and proactively manage future workloads.
  • Foster the development of the test team through ongoing training and hands-on experience.
  • Provide precise cost estimates for projects and generate and document quotations.
  • Ensure meticulous records are kept for testing and service work, adhering to company standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a relevant installation or service engineer/manager role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
