About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IP Litigation Lawyer to join our team at Jameson Legal in London. As a key member of our IP Litigation team, you will be responsible for handling a broad range of disputes and related advisory work for clients from various industries and sectors.

The ideal candidate will have between 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), a strong academic background, and high-quality training and experience to date. You will have a proven track record of working with a reputable IP practice and have successfully completed the Oxford IP Diploma course. Your expertise should encompass trademarks, designs, and copyright, as well as experience in a wide range of IP matters, including litigation in the High Court and IPEC, IP Office proceedings, domain name disputes, online enforcement, and pre-dispute advisory work.

Some experience in complementary non-contentious IP work, such as drafting IP agreements and dealing with wider contract/tort issues, is beneficial. Our team also handles ASA and other advertising clearance and disputes, as well as consumer protection issues. If you have experience in these areas or are interested in acquiring such experience, it would be a valuable asset.
