Job Title: Senior Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide support to our young people in a residential environment. As a Senior Support Worker, you will work closely with the care team to maintain a stable, happy, and caring environment that prioritizes the health, safety, and welfare of our young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical and emotional support to young people through the work of the care team
  • Support the induction of new team members and their continued mentoring and development
  • Take an active role in ensuring activities are completed and effectively delegated
  • Implement young people's individual program plans efficiently with adequate cover available at all times
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
  • Experience and knowledge of working with young adults with complex needs and additional behaviors
  • Superb communication skills and patience
  • Highly organized and resilient with a robust and positive nature
