About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Satellite Communications Systems Engineer to join our team at Bluestream People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting both research and development activities and ongoing customer operations related to satellite communications for GEO and Non-GEO links with applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of algorithms and satellite communication software modules to ensure high-quality research and development and customer engagement.
  • Contribute to the design of satellite networks using GEO and Non-GEO constellations by carrying out system design projects using our software tools.
  • Calculate Non-GEO orbits for use in the design of Non-GEO Satellite Communication systems.
  • Assist in the writing of research proposals and technical parts of commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that our satellite communication systems meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Previous commercial experience in a similar role.
  • Strong commercial experience in software development using Python.
  • Good understanding of satellite communications and telecommunication systems.
