Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Administrator to join our team at Bridge Recruitment Ltd. As a Conveyancing Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Residential Conveyancing Department in a busy and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare quotes and initial paperwork for clients
* Process identification documents and follow Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures
* Order Land Registry documents and searches as required
* Type and prepare correspondence, documents, and forms with accuracy and attention to detail
* Liaise with estate agents and third parties via phone, email, or written correspondence
* Keep clients updated via phone and/or email
* Prepare contract packs and exchange contracts
* Organize completions and download mortgage offers
* Prepare bills and financial documentation

Requirements:

* Some experience in a busy Residential Conveyancing Department is essential
* Private Client and/or Commercial Property experience is desirable but not essential
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and financial details
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
