Parexel is seeking a highly experienced Workday HCM Compensation Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic HR Systems team. As an HCM Compensation Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of Workday HR solutions.
In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of Workday HR/Advanced Compensation modules to partner with our Compensation/Total Rewards team. You'll be responsible for deploying complex global annual merit and bonus cycles within Workday, ensuring seamless execution and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Workday HR solutions, with a focus on Compensation.
- Collaborate closely with the Compensation/Total Rewards team to design and deploy intricate global annual merit and bonus cycles within Workday.
- Analyze business requirements, develop innovative solutions, and oversee the delivery and post-production support of functional modifications and enhancements to Workday HR systems.
- Stay at the forefront of Workday advancements by actively participating in Workday releases and continuously expanding your knowledge of new features and functionalities.
- Manage annual compensation administration processes, including merit and incentive programs. Ensure system data interfaces are optimized for efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a robust salary administration framework encompassing job structures, total compensation strategies, eligibility criteria, communication plans, and training initiatives.
- Contribute to the team responsible for configuring and maintaining Workday HR Systems, supporting both internal employees and downstream systems and processes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and credible business process and technical expert to various business teams.
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into comprehensive project blueprints that align with desired business objectives. Identify solutions for Workday product gaps and effectively communicate them to key decision-makers.
- Provide global support, encompassing the Americas, EMEA, and APJC regions.
- Act as a designated Subject Matter Expert (SME) and system administrator for Workday.
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and senior leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging Workday's full potential. Develop project plans and implement improvements or deploy new features based on these findings.
- Maintain a proactive approach by staying informed about new updates to the system and effectively communicating relevant information to stakeholders.
- Continuously implement process improvements and new features within Workday.
- Configure, test, and administer annual processes in Workday, including merit reviews and bonus calculations.
