Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and preventative maintenance, as well as diagnostic fault finding and reactive repairs to our fleet of buses.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the strict standards set by Arriva and the DVSA.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance vehicle reliability and performance.
  • Conduct MOT preparation, planned preventative maintenance campaigns, and quality checks to ensure our vehicles meet the highest standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults, ensuring reliability and maintenance are kept to Arriva standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in PSV/HGV/Light vehicle maintenance and repair, or equivalent international qualification.
  • At least 5 years' experience in repair and maintenance of PSV/HGV/Light vehicles, or equivalent experience.
  • A full UK driving licence with 6 points or less.
  • Ability to pass a PCV pre-employment medical.
