About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and effective individual to join our team as a Health and Wellbeing Coach Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the successful coordination of our health and wellbeing programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the deployment of Health and Wellbeing Coaches to various venues and programmes, ensuring smooth programme delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Support and upskill Health and Wellbeing Coaches, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality interventions.
  • Deliver group sessions in accordance with our curriculum, resources, and quality standards, empowering participants to achieve sustained behavioural improvements in their lifestyle and health.
  • Manage databases and spreadsheets to track participant progress and programme performance.
  • Collaborate with the Health and Wellbeing Manager to ensure programme success and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 A-C grade GCSEs, including English and Maths.
  • REPs Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification or equivalent.
  • Level 3 qualification in health improvement or promotion or public health or equivalent.
  • Level 3 Training qualification (e.g. PTTLs/Award in Education & Training).
  • Experience in using coaching skills to help individuals improve their health and/or physical fitness.
  • Fluency in community languages (including Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Somali, Vietnamese, Dari, Yoruba, Turkish, French, Spanish, Albanian, Arabic, Bengali, Farsi, Gujarati, Polish, Serbian, and Greek).
