HR Business Partner - Human Resources
Location: Waltham Forest
Rate: £28 per hour (umbrella)
Contract Type: Full Time Contract (6 months)
Overview: Novax Recruitment Ltd is currently in search of an HR Business Partner in Waltham Forest. This role is a contractual position with potential for extension, requiring full-time commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the delivery of employee relations and advisory services within a multifaceted and diverse setting.
- Provide guidance to Directors, Senior Managers, and other stakeholders on matters pertinent to the service area.
- Deliver professional insights and advice to colleagues, management, and partner organizations.
- Facilitate the development and execution of ongoing enhancements across all service aspects.
- Guarantee the effective application of health and safety regulations, policies, and practices.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven track record of success at a senior level in employee relations, particularly in complex case management, TUPE, and strategic HR initiatives.
- Experience in effectively managing employee relations challenges in a timely manner within a large organization.
- Ability to plan and manage a diverse and fluctuating workload with competing priorities, responding adeptly to the needs of all stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the public sector is advantageous.
