Media IQ Recruitment is seeking a skilled Recruitment Advertising Account Manager to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with clients in the finance sector.
The RoleAs a Recruitment Advertising Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities through cold calling and pitches. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions, and analyze sales data to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and drive customer loyalty
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue them through cold calling, pitches, and strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that drive candidate engagement and conversion
• Analyze sales data to optimize sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform business decisions

Requirements
• 9+ months of recruitment advertising sales experience or 2+ years of recruitment consultancy experience with a proven track record of cold calling and winning new briefs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in sales software and tools, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
