As a Duty Manager (Team Leader) at SSP Group, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, promoting inclusivity and motivation within the team.
  • Coordinate team efforts, overseeing unit operations and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Focus on operational efficiency, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
  • Recognise and celebrate exceptional service within the team, building strong relationships and communicating effectively.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail.
  • Ability to create a clean, welcoming atmosphere that surpasses customer expectations.
