Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our dynamic team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a leadership position, delivering person-centred, evidence-based interventions for individuals experiencing psychosis and providing invaluable support to their loved ones.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to receive expert supervision and supervise more junior psychologists to aid their learning. We are committed to supporting identified training and practice development needs to provide people with the best opportunities to develop their knowledge, leadership competencies, skill base, and interests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering evidence-based interventions for individuals experiencing psychosis
  • Providing expert supervision and guidance to junior psychologists
  • Developing and implementing training and practice development plans
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Doctoral-level training in clinical/counselling psychology and registration with the Health Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team context
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
