Job Title: 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at E-Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing 3rd line support for our enterprise infrastructure and associated systems, ensuring optimal performance and stability through regular monitoring and maintenance.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service through prompt and efficient handling of tickets from 1st and 2nd line escalation.
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Windows Server 2016 or above, Azure cloud services, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Hyper-V, and other key infrastructure services.
  • Providing administration and support for Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Administration, and Microsoft 365 Security.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting, maintaining, and enhancing a broad range of infrastructure services.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Hyper-V, and other key infrastructure services.
  • Good general knowledge of networking principles and administration ability.
  • Office 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Administration, and Microsoft 365 Security.
