Financial Director

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance department and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage VAT compliance and reporting, as well as payroll processes.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts, and develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting procedures.
- Lead and support the finance team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in finance within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Flexible working hours to suit your needs.
