Commercial Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our busy in-house legal team at QED Legal. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial litigator with a strong background in litigation and dispute resolution to take their career to the next level.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial litigation, with a strong understanding of the commercial and business aspects of the role. They will be able to work self-sufficiently, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commercial outlook to their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling complex commercial litigation cases, including dispute resolution and negotiation
  • Providing expert advice on commercial law and litigation matters
  • Working closely with the in-house legal team to deliver high-quality legal services
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2-6 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
  • Strong understanding of commercial law and litigation principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial outlook and ability to work self-sufficiently
