As a Nested Area Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing your local strategy, marketing tactics, and business growth plan. With the autonomy to work independently, you will have the freedom to grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best.

We provide comprehensive marketing support, including doorknocking, direct mail, and local advertising, to help you succeed in your role. Our team of marketing professionals is available to guide and support you every step of the way.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a truly all-encompassing role that allows you to do estate agency your way, while being backed by Nested's brand, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a local business growth strategy, leveraging your expertise in valuing residential property, winning business, and selling stock.
  2. Manage a marketing budget to generate leads and build a local valuation machine, aligning with the Nested brand and customer-centric approach.
  3. Utilize social media skills to build your brand and engage with your community, with support available from our team if needed.
  4. Work with our market-leading customer app to provide exclusive property insights, manage viewings, and enhance communication with clients.
  5. Contribute to a values-driven estate agency with ambitious growth plans, an active Area Partner community, and hands-on training to help you develop your career.
