Resident Liaison Officer - Social Housing Planned Works

Staines / Slough & surrounding areas

£30,000 - £32,500 + car allowance

We are working with a leading main contractor to find an experienced and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join their team delivering Planned Works in Social Housing in Staines, Slough, and surrounding areas.

These projects focus on the decarbonisation of housing stock, with the scope of works including: External Wall Insulation (EWI), Cavity Wall Insulation (CWI), Window and Door Replacements, heating upgrades, extract fan installation, and works to roofline including tiled roof vents.

We are looking for candidates with experience in Social Housing Planned Maintenance projects. A full UK driving license is also required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pre-entry visits and company inductions
  2. Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms
  3. Visiting tenants in their homes and advising them on when and what work is being carried out
  4. Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that the tenant may have
  5. Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations with them
  6. Visiting properties that are being refurbished with potential tenants and advising them on completion dates
  7. Attending and chairing tenant forum meetings to advise tenants of works being carried out
