Job Purpose

We are seeking an Ecommerce Manager to join our Ready to Wear business team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the content of our website, driving order volumes, conversion rates, and average order values, and implementing digital marketing activities to acquire new customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a trading strategy to grow the Ecommerce business for the Ready to Wear category in line with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on trading and digital marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actions to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide insights and influence decision-making.
  • Work with the Merchandising and Marketing teams to create consistent and effective promotional activities.
  • Acquire new Ecommerce customers in the B2C and B2B sectors through digital marketing channels.
  • Ensure product and content are up-to-date, accessible, and optimized for conversion and SEO.
  • Propose, test, and implement improvements to product range presentation to drive engagement, conversion, and basket size growth.
Requirements
  • Commercial acumen, understanding customer behavior, and needs.
  • Analytical skills, using data to identify trends and communicate insights.
  • Ecommerce trading experience, understanding the levers that drive specific outcomes.
  • Digital marketing experience, managing PPC, SEO, display, and shopping & affiliate marketing channels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Essential Qualifications
  • A background in Ecommerce and digital marketing, ideally with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • University-level qualification in business and/or marketing.
  • Outstanding written English and strong analytical skills.
  • Extensive Excel and Google Analytics knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and without clear direction.
Desirable Qualifications
  • B2B marketing and/or Ecommerce experience.
  • Experience with Power BI for reporting and analysis.
  • Shopify and Magento experience.
