This role involves delivering a comprehensive, inclusive, and tailored educational experience for students through both individual and small group instruction.
The successful candidate will collaborate effectively to provide a unique educational framework that empowers each learner to reach their full potential. Flexibility and creativity in lesson planning and delivery are essential to meet the diverse needs of our students. The Lead Educator will oversee and support the academic progress and personal development of learners at the designated site(s).
Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a Qualified Teacher status and possess a minimum of two years' experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults. Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals with additional needs is crucial.
