We are in search of a personable sales expert with a background in healthcare who will represent our exceptional care facilities to boost resident occupancy.
This role offers a unique chance to collaborate with outstanding management teams throughout the South of England, ensuring the continued success of our premier care homes.
The position necessitates frequent travel on a weekly basis and the capacity to foster relationships both within the care homes and the surrounding communities.

Compensation Package:
Competitive salary of £40,000 annually
Car allowance of £6,500 each year
Commission structure

Qualifications and Experience Required:
Proven experience in sales and marketing within a care home environment
Exceptional communication abilities
Capability to present effectively to both individuals and groups
Experience in cultivating relationships within local communities
Valid UK driving license with the ability to travel across the South of England weekly
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a representative for multiple Barchester homes in a courteous and professional manner
Oversee all sales activities across designated homes
Engage with potential new residents via phone and provide informative and welcoming tours of the facilities
Interact with residents and their families to comprehend their experiences and needs
Address sales inquiries promptly
Proactively generate leads and identify local marketing prospects
Maintain an organized contacts database
