The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our client's team in a senior leadership role. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business and driving the company's financial strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the finance team and provide guidance on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a finance director or similar role in a high-growth business.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a BSc/BA in accounting or finance, and a professional certification, such as ACA/ACCA/ACMA.

The Package

  • Competitive salary range: £120,000 - £150,000 (dependent on experience).
