We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Stirling Warrington.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of machinery, including ABB robots, vacuum ovens, and chemical plant machines.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical systems, using skills such as PLC fault finding and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production levels.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to level 2/3 (NVQ/C&G) with an electrical discipline.
  • At least 5 years' experience maintaining/repairing special purpose machinery.
  • Multi-skilled or electrically bias maintenance engineer.
  • PLC knowledge is advantageous.
