We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Stirling Warrington.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of machinery, including ABB robots, vacuum ovens, and chemical plant machines.
- Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical systems, using skills such as PLC fault finding and electrical troubleshooting.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production levels.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Qualified to level 2/3 (NVQ/C&G) with an electrical discipline.
- At least 5 years' experience maintaining/repairing special purpose machinery.
- Multi-skilled or electrically bias maintenance engineer.
- PLC knowledge is advantageous.
