About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in London. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering complex and multi-faceted projects, ensuring efficient and proactive management of economic and regulatory capital, and delivering timely and accurate reporting to regulators across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage the delivery of key new regulatory requirements, critical enhancements, and implementing required processes and control frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including medium/long-term planning and day-to-day task tracking and monitoring of risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Work within a wider change programme and established Agile framework, as part of an ongoing complex strategic regulatory reporting infrastructure build programme.
  • Manage senior stakeholder relationships and provide leadership updates.
Requirements
  • Proven project management experience structuring and delivering complex initiatives.
  • Proven experience delivering regulatory reporting solutions and processes.
  • Understanding of high-profile regulations (FinRep, CoRep, AnaCredit etc).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
