Job Summary

Catch Resource Management is seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment of Dynamics 365 for Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain Management. This is a fixed-term contract position for 9 to 12 months, with a hybrid working arrangement in London.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage multiple Dynamics 365 projects, focusing on Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal finance and technology teams to translate business and technical requirements into functional applications.
  • Solution Development: Work with internal departments and implementation partners to develop and validate proof of concepts.
  • System Integration & Testing: Support integration and system testing to ensure solutions meet client requirements. Oversee proposal quality from implementation partners.
  • Configuration & Customization: Adapt D365 modules to specific business needs, including Finance and Supply Chain Management.
  • Training & Support: Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to provide training and support for successful Dynamics 365 adoption.
  • Ongoing Maintenance: Provide continuous maintenance, support, and troubleshooting.
  • Project Flexibility: Adjust work hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with project milestones and business needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in Dynamics 365 Financial and Supply Chain Consulting, especially with AX2012 to D365 migration.
  • Skills: Proven ability to design and deploy D365 solutions, with strong communication skills for various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with multiple D365 applications, PowerBI reporting, and emerging IT technologies.
  • Proactivity: Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with various teams and partners.
