A prominent Facilities Management service provider is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team at a commercial and industrial site.

This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm. The position presents excellent opportunities for career advancement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general building repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Replace locks, door closures, and other door hardware.
  • Conduct basic plumbing tasks and address minor leak issues.
  • Carry out small painting and decorating projects, ensuring high-quality finishes.
  • Utilize relevant trade skills to meet reactive maintenance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
  • Participate in L8 works as required.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in general building maintenance and repair.
  • Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds, BTEC National Diploma, or NVQ Level 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery, are preferred.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills are essential.
