The company, a leading provider of hard FM niche services, boasts a strong history of year-on-year growth in revenues and headcount. With a robust plan to scale and a unique selling proposition (USP) underpinning quality work in compliance, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact.
Your remit will be to win clients' trust and expand the company's footprint through targeted activity around new client acquisition and retention. Ideal candidates will have a demonstrable track record in FM sales, with the ability to evidence where they have added value in client growth.
You will be rewarded with a competitive bonus scheme and financial rewards package, as well as the opportunity to sell essential services into key UK markets with large corporate group customers. You will also have the autonomy to plan your own diary for face-to-face meetings and can carry out a significant amount of sales activity via teams.
Salary range: £45,000 - £55,000 (dependent on experience) plus car package, plus uncapped OTE to circa £100,000 with year 2/3.
