Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our support staff team at a Primary School in Tower Hamlets, London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise small groups of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and provide individual support as needed.
  • Cater your approach to suit the individual needs of each child, utilizing functional communication and behavioral strategies to facilitate engagement in class activities.
  • Work collaboratively with qualified SEN professionals, Specialist Teachers, and Educational Psychologists to provide a comprehensive support system for students.
Requirements
  • First-Class Psychology-related degree from a Top 20 UK University.
  • Experience working with children with Autism, Global Delay, and Speech & Language difficulties.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
