STEP qualification is desirable but not essential. We offer career development and support for candidates undertaking STEP. Successful applicants will have a strong understanding of private client law, particularly in the areas of wills, trusts, estates, and tax. They will be able to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision and demonstrate excellent client skills, technical competence, and the ability to work under pressure.
