Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our Childrens Homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing childrens homes with a social work qualification, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Childrens Homes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services, ensuring the needs of our young people are met.

Requirements
• A social work qualification and experience in managing childrens homes.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, young people, and stakeholders.
