About the Role:
The Porsche Retail Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warranty Administrator / Service Quality Specialist to join their team at Porsche Centre Reading. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to a team of vehicle technicians and ensuring the highest level of quality control in the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the progression of submitted warranty claims
- Ensure adherence to Porsche's service process and warranty standards
- Drive and improve the overall productivity of the workshop
- Increase customer satisfaction through effective handling of warranty-related inquiries
- Monitor warranty claims process, ensuring correct time recording and reducing claim error rates
What We Offer:
- A basic salary of up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience
- Bonus up to 10% of Basic Salary
