Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a prestigious private healthcare provider. Our client is a leading luxury care facility in the UK, providing high-quality care to residents with varying needs, including dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional care to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
  • Work flexible shifts, covering both days and nights, to meet the needs of the care home.
  • Maintain compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
  • Participate in paid handovers and breaks, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • Valid RGN qualification and registration with the NMC.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days and nights.
  • Passion for elderly care and commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
  • Ability to cover shifts for holidays and sickness.
