Key Responsibilities:
As a part of our team at HF Holidays, you will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests who enjoy guided or self-guided walking tours. Your duties will include:
- Preparing guest accommodations and communal areas to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
- Serving meals in the dining area, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Assisting with the delivery of Afternoon Tea, adding to our hospitality charm.
- Preparing picnic lunches for guests to enjoy during their outdoor excursions.
- Engaging with guests to foster a caring and attentive environment.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who possess the following essential skills:
- Experience in the hospitality sector or a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
