Position Title: Residential Property Sales Advisor
Location: Solihull
Base Salary: £25,000
Potential Earnings: £40,000

The Recruitment Experts, a leading multi-branch estate agency, is seeking a Residential Property Sales Advisor to enhance their team in Solihull.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving targets while understanding and addressing clients' needs to optimize property viewings and ensure all inquiries are managed with professionalism. Your extensive knowledge and experience in residential property sales will drive you to meet and surpass sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities by building relationships with property owners and relevant stakeholders.
  • Engaging with clients through calls and meetings.
  • Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Maintaining accurate administrative records consistently.
  • Responding to leads from various channels and utilizing internal systems effectively.
  • Conducting property viewings for potential buyers.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Prior experience as an Estate Agent or Residential Property Sales Advisor is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Proficient IT skills and familiarity with Estate Agency CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a natural aptitude for sales are crucial.
  • You should be well-spoken and well-presented.
