Night Shift Support Coordinator

Join our team as a Night Shift Support Coordinator and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and customer service skills. As a key member of our Holiday Support Team, you will be responsible for leading a team of advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of advisors to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and performance.
- Ensure that our virtual contact centre targets are met on a daily basis.
- Provide proactive support to customers, resolving queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Act as a role model, demonstrating high standards of performance and customer excellence.
- Identify and escalate training and development needs of the team, highlighting operational risks and areas for improvement.
- Protect the welfare of our customers in the event of a crisis or serious incident.
- Previous experience of leading a team in a fast-paced contact centre environment.
- Target driven with a focus on customer centricity and quality of service.
- Confidence in dealing with stressful situations and conflict, with a passion for service recovery.
- Ability to learn systems quickly and work under extreme pressure, with flexibility to work rotating shifts.
