About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Domestic and Commercial Gas Specialist to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance tasks within your area of expertise and skills set.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake planned and reactive trade-related maintenance tasks within your area of expertise and skills set.
  • Undertake gas and plumbing refurbishment tasks, including testing work on completion.
  • Order supplier parts via purchase order line.
  • Manage van stock as required.
  • Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota as designated.
  • Provide recommendations and solution options to rectify faults and maintenance issues.
  • Take measurements, estimate labor, and identify material requirements for follow-on works via the reporting system.
Requirements
  • Domestic and Commercial Gas ACS qualifications are essential.
  • Basic competency in using technology, including email and internal software systems.
  • Full driving license is essential.
  • Sound understanding of Health, Safety, and environmental legislation and working practices is essential.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
  • Must be able to cover emergency call-outs (evenings, weekends, and bank holidays on a rota basis).
