Job Title: Graduate Land Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate Land Manager to join our team at Comanos. As a key member of our renewable energy development team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and securing land agreements to support the development of vast renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential land sites for renewable energy projects, working closely with stakeholders and landowners to negotiate agreements.
- Collaborate with our existing network in the area to build relationships and secure land agreements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across wind, solar, and battery storage, prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the renewable energy market, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Work closely with our project management team to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to secure funding for new projects.
Requirements:
- Degree educated in Land Surveying, Planning, or a related field.
- Project management experience across renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, and/or battery storage.
- Track record of securing land for renewable energy projects with commercial impact.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and landowners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
