Job Title: Functional Specialist

Reactive Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and skilled Functional Specialist to join their team. As a Functional Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping claimants navigate the claim process by conducting engaging consultations and producing comprehensive health and well-being reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct unique blend of 3 assessments per day to help those in need
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records to complete in-depth report writing
  • Maintain a professional manner when dealing with all claimants
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months post-qualification experience in Nursing (RMN, RGN, RLDN) / Occupational Therapist/ Paramedic/ Physiotherapist
  • Active registration with NMC/HCPC with no practice restrictions

As a Functional Specialist, you will embark on a fully paid remote classroom training, equipped with the necessary IT tools, during your initial 12 weeks of employment.
