Screwfix is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service - You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience, and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Store Operations - You will assist with maintaining a high level of store standards, including receiving deliveries, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Teamwork - You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive and productive store atmosphere.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills - You will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
