Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Gobel & Partner Limited. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the production of cutting-edge vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of automotive parts using precision tools and automated systems.
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards on the production line, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Utilize statistical process control (SPC) methods to maintain consistent quality during mass production.
  • Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and report defects or deviations to production teams.
  • Work closely with production staff to address quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards throughout the inspection process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency with inspection tools and familiarity with SPC methods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Rotating bi-weekly shifts: AM (6am - 4.15pm) and PM (4.30pm - 2.30am) with weekend work available.
