Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, creating and executing long-term sales strategies, and driving sales growth through effective customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team within a subcontract engineering environment.
  • Create and execute long-term sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Develop and implement processes to generate an accurate and robust sales pipeline.
  • Drive sales growth through effective customer relationship management, leveraging CRM systems and sales analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, managing complex deals and securing long-term partnerships.
  • Lead change initiatives within the sales team, adapting to market shifts and introducing new technologies.
  • Ensure sales growth aligns with overall business financial goals, managing sales budgeting and P&L.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Expertise in creating and executing long-term sales strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in leveraging CRM systems and sales analytics.
  • Ability to utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve team performance.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing high-value contracts.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in sales budgeting and P&L management.
  • Ability to ensure sales growth aligns with overall business financial goals.
