MTrec Ltd is seeking a skilled Welder to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing schedule is achieved efficiently, working with heavy and structural steel, and reading and understanding engineering drawings. The role requires a strong focus on quality and excellence, with a commitment to meeting targets and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a NVQ level 3, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm and Friday 08:00am to 15:15pm. The hourly rate is £15.75, with overtime rates of 1.5x on Saturdays and 2.0x on Sundays. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Housekeeping is maintained, quality inspecting their own work, and helping to improve processes within the company.
